This week, Hilton announced the signing of Hilton Garden Inn Jeddah Falastin. The 176-guest room property will be developed in partnership with Ahmed Al Amoudi Group and is expected to open in 2025.
Expected to open in January 2022, the 156-room property will be strategically located behind the corniche road, near Jeddah Waterfront, InterContinental Jeddah and Crowne Plaza Jeddah.
Being one of the closest hotels to the new Jeddah airport, offering 1,710sqm of meeting and banqueting space (including two ballrooms of 500 square metres and 400 square metres), the hotel will be positioned as a destination for upscale corporate guests and will be well suited for their MICE requirements.
Expected to open in January 2021, voco Jeddah Gate will be IHG's sixth hotel in Jeddah and the fifth brand from the IHG family. The 681-key hotel will occupy a premium location in the Fayhaa area within Jeddah Gate.
